Dorota Dabrowska

A member of the Paris Bar, Dorota Dabrowska is a business law attorney. She is a Partner at TERRILLON AVOCATS, which she joined in 2002.

After completing her law studies in Poland, Dorota obtained a scholarship from the French Government and continued her studies in France at the University of Orléans on a post-graduate degree in business litigation.  She is an expert in business law in France and Poland. With a team of bilingual attorneys and trainee attorney trained in Polish and French law, she successfully supports and defends the Firm’s French and Polish Clients in all aspects of business law. 

Dorota mainly advises companies in their strategic and cross-border projects. She has successfully supported Clients in numerous transactions, both in France and in Poland. Dorota also advises the Firm’s Clients on direct investments and acquisitions on the French market, and on establishing companies in this market. She regularly works with Polish companies, both listed and unlisted, on sale and acquisition transactions in France and on taking over companies subject to insolvency proceedings. 

Dorota is a member of the Board of Directors of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France, of which the Firm is also a member.
