TERRILLON AVOCATS, in its capacity as Data Controller, ensures the effective protection of the personal data of Users of the site www.terrillon.com by means of physical and software security tools.

• Processing employment applications;
• Improving the content and navigability of the site.

The content of the site www.terrillon.com may contain links to third party websites, in particular via articles or any other content on the site, which are subject to their own privacy and cookies management policies.

TERRILLON AVOCATS cannot be held responsible for the content and practices of such websites. 

User rights

In application of the Regulations in force, the User has the right to access, interrogate, modify, rectify, and delete Personal Data concerning himself. In addition, the User may object to the processing of his Personal Data for legitimate reasons and may limit the portability of his Personal Data. The User may also object to the use of his Personal Data for commercial purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the User may file a complaint with the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés). 

Data recipients

The Firm only communicates the Personal Data of Users of the site www.terrillon.com to predetermined, authorised recipients, i.e. to the Firm’s own services. 

Subcontractors may intervene, in particular to provide hosting, data storage, and IT maintenance services. They are subject to the same regulations as the Firm and act only on the instructions of the Firm. 

Data retention period

The Firm only retains Users’ Personal Data for the period strictly necessary for the operations for which such data were collected, in compliance with the Regulations in force. 

The necessary Personal Data retention period is defined according to the amount, nature, and level of sensitivity of the data, as well as the potential risk of damage in the event of fraudulent use or dissemination. The purpose of the processing of the said Data is also taken into account. 

The site www.terrillon.com is hosted by home.pl S.A., ul. Zbożowa 4, 70-653 Szczecin, e-mail: abuse@enom.com. The Host collects the IP addresses of the Users and stores them for a period of less than 30 days. 

Data relating to Users is retained for 14 months by Google Analytics (if such access was accepted when requesting consent to cookies). 

Modification of the terms of the Personal Data Protection Policy

TERRILLON AVOCATS reserves the right to modify this Personal Data Protection Policy, in particular as a result of legislative and regulatory changes.
